Dallas, TX — Missing Pieces Support Group, a Houston-based nonprofit supporting women and families through pregnancy loss, is expanding into the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Founded by women who’ve endured miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss, the organization is forming local partnerships to bring healing resources and emotional support to families in North Texas.
This expansion holds deep meaning for the organization. Founder and Executive Director Jamilah Robinson, a DFW native, has long envisioned serving her hometown. With Anh Nguyen stepping in as the new Chapter Director, Missing Pieces has begun distributing care packages and building connections throughout the area.
“Many women and families here are silently grieving, unaware that compassionate support exists,” says Nguyen. “We want them to know that they’re not alone.”
The organization is launching its DFW presence by distributing curated care packages through hospitals, women’s health clinics, churches, and community organizations. These packages offer tangible comfort and essential resources during the time they are needed most. Current partners—Oak Gardens Church and Prestonwood Pregnancy Center—are already helping deliver support, and the group is actively seeking additional collaborators.
Future plans include in-person support groups and events in DFW. Families can also connect online through Missing Pieces’ storytelling platform, which invites them to share and find strength in their journeys.
