Garland, TX – After much anticipation, the Garland Central Library is ready to welcome the community back with a grand opening celebration on Saturday, July 12, at 10 a.m. The newly renovated library promises to be a vibrant hub for learning and creativity, featuring modern spaces and a host of exciting programs tailored for all ages.
