Garland, TX – On May 17, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Downtown Garland will host the Fringe Concert Series to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Willie Nelson’s iconic album, Red Headed Stranger. This free event, presented by Garland Cultural Arts in partnership with KXT 91.7 FM, will feature a lineup of talented North Texas artists performing live across three vibrant venues.
