Summer Camps Offered by Garland Parks & Recreation

Garland — As summer approaches, Garland Parks & Recreation is set to offer a variety of summer camps for children aged 6 and up. Please note that while the Garland Independent School District (GISD) provides pre-k programs for younger children starting at age 3, the Parks & Recreation summer camps focus specifically on accommodating older kids.

Camp Offerings

This year, the Fields Recreation Center will host several specialty camps designed to provide fun, skill development, and lasting memories:

  • The Factory Basketball Camp: An ideal opportunity for aspiring athletes to enhance their skills on the court.
  • Gymnastics Camp: A chance for children to learn and improve their gymnastics abilities in a supportive environment.
  • Art Camp: For the first time, an art camp will allow kids to explore their creativity through various mediums.

Registration Information

Parents are encouraged to register their children soon, as spaces are limited. Registration is now live, and interested families can either call 972-205-3090 or visit [GarlandParks.com] for more details. To sign up for summer camp, you may visit the registration page.
